ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Order one eye at a time. For example, select your right eye SPHERE power from the drop down menu. Then select the quantity of boxes you would like for that right eye. Then select “add to cart.” A pop-up menu with appear where you can select your astigmatism amounts and axis. Answer the other questions and click “add to cart.” And then repeat for the left eye.

NOTE: From +0.25 to +4.00 and -6.50 to -8.00 astigmatism amounts -0.75/-1.25/-1.75 are available in axes 10/20/70/80/90/100/110/160/170/180 and astigmatism amount of -2.25 is available in axes 10/20/160/170/180 only. Please order what is written on your Rx.
